Masterclass: Diego Villegas

One of the very few musicians in the world to have established the harmonica as a true voice in flamenco.

In this masterclass, participants will discover how an artist navigates a musical world that remains largely unexplored by harmonica players. Flamenco has its own language, with distinctive rhythms, structures and scales that open up exciting new possibilities for the instrument. Diego will share his artistic vision and demonstrate how the harmonica can take on a leading role in flamenco, combining technical virtuosity with the expressive power and emotional intensity that lie at the heart of this unique musical tradition.
