Joan Pau Cumellas & Lust ’n’ Found Concert + Festival Artists

A journey to the very essence of the blues through iconic instruments such as the resonator guitar, washboard, harmonica and, of course, the human voice. This project brings together the duo Lust ’n’ Found—Elías Babad and Quico Hernández—and acclaimed harmonica player Joan Pau Cumellas. Virtuoso musicians devoted to roots music whose combined talents create a truly remarkable musical partnership.

Drawing inspiration from the early blues of artists such as Bo Carter, Reverend Gary Davis and Blind Blake, while brilliantly reimagining songs by Jefferson Airplane and Blue Öyster Cult, they present a bold and distinctive musical experience. A blues performance rich in colour, arrangements and storytelling, transporting audiences through time and space like few others.
