Concert: Sweet Marta & The Blues Shakers

Sweet Marta is living proof that the harmonica thrives in our country. She has established herself as one of the leading female harmonica players of her generation. In addition to being an outstanding singer, she is one of the very few European performers capable of taking the stage in the United States and leaving audiences amazed by her virtuosity and her deep devotion to the most traditional and authentic blues. After touring throughout Europe and the United States, she arrives in Calella with her acclaimed band Sweet Marta & The Blues Shakers, true ambassadors of classic blues. Their live performances are intense, vibrant and full of groove. Faithful to the traditional spirit of the genre while maintaining a distinctive personality, their repertoire features Texas Blues, Chicago Blues, West Coast Blues and Funk Blues, alongside original compositions. Harmonica up front, a powerful voice and a band that plays with confidence and drive. Blues in its purest form.
