"Energies and Emotions: Moments of Blues", by Joan Josep Gómez

This year's photographic exhibition at the Calella Harmonica Festival will feature the work of photographer Joan Josep Gómez, who sadly passed away in May of this year.

Entitled "Energies and Feelings: Moments of Blues", the exhibition brings together more than 50 photographs taken between 2007 and 2015, capturing renowned artists in the intensity of their live performances.

Joan J. Gómez was an architect by profession and a passionate lover of both photography and the blues. A member of the Barcelona Blues Society since its early days, he rarely missed a blues concert in Barcelona and regularly travelled to festivals across Europe and beyond.
